APCB 2027 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

GENERAL POLICIES

  1. The person submitting the abstract will automatically be the presenting author and the corresponding author. The presenting author should be one of the co-authors of the submitted abstract and must register for the conference.
  2. There is no limit on how many abstracts can be submitted by a single presenting author. However, the submission of closely related abstracts from the same group of research topics is discouraged. Splitting of a body of work into multiple abstracts is also discouraged.
  3. Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the **online submission portal** (include hyperlink to submission portal)
  4. The presenting author must ensure that all authors have given their consent to be listed as co-authors for the abstract. The presenting author must ensure that the contents of the abstract do not infringe the copyright and any other rights of any third party; and should declare that there are no competing interests or conflicts of interest associated with the study.
  5. The presenting author may request the preferred presentation method as oral, poster, or either. The Research Committee of the local congress will consider the request but will make the final decision on the presentation format.
  6. The presenting author is responsible for the accuracy of all contents of the abstract. Submission and presentation of abstracts are subject to the principle of no duplication or plagiarism in publications. Breaching of such rules will lead to rejection of submission or presentation at the conference without refund of registration fee. All decisions are made final by the APCB 2027 Organizing Committee.
  7. If identical abstracts are found to be submitted, only the abstract on the latest date of the submission will be considered for evaluation without prior notice.
  8. By submitting the abstract, the presenting author confirms that the presented study meets the ethical guidelines for research and publication, including the legal requirements of the country in which the study was conducted.

Notice on Encore Abstracts

  1. Submissions of encore abstracts are NOT allowed. If encore abstracts are found to be submitted, the abstracts shall be rejected without prior notice.
  2. The presenting author must declare during the submission that the material in the presentation is original and that it will not be published or presented elsewhere before the APCB 2027 Conference.
